You can call the Kids Line for medical advice by phone 24/7, no matter where you are. Paediatric nurses and doctors will discuss the best treatment for your child with you.

Yes. The medical advice service is free for persons under 18 who are insured with CSS. However, depending on your network provider, you may be charged for the call or for data usage. A separate free 24-hour medical advice service is available to adults.
Advice provided by the Kids Line has only been free of charge to under 18s insured with CSS since 4 February 2025. However, your phone provider may charge you a connection fee.
