Course Outline

  1. No preparation or prior personal objective is required. We will discuss this together during the course. However, it is helpful if you ask yourself the following question in advance: 'I would be more satisfied if I could change XY.'
  2. The course is interactive. You decide at any time which information you are willing to share with the group.
  3. The topics of nutrition and physical activity are addressed in parallel. Techniques for behavior change are integrated throughout the three courses. You start small and develop step by step towards your goal.
  4. There are homework assignments between the courses, for example keeping a (short) food diary. With reflection exercises and observations, we begin to change.

Led by Experts

The course is led by our health coaches. They are trained sport scientists and have many years of experience in the fields of movement, nutrition and coaching.

What the course does not cover

Since the course is progressive, it is not possible to attend just one evening session. There will be neither a nutrition plan nor a training plan. Discussions about allergies or intolerances are not planned, and we do not provide advice on specific diets or dietary forms.

The course is exclusive to CSS customers aged 18 and over. 

To ensure we can work interactively, the number of participants is limited to a max. of 15 and a min. of 5 people. If fewer than 5 people register, the course will not take place. Participants will be informed in advance.
